As you can tell in the design, this does not say anything about Jesus, God, or even a bible verse, this was made intentionally for others to approach you and ask you, what does it mean to be Born Again?

Here is where your mission starts, they are initiating a conversation, and by explaining to them that you can be forgiven, saved given a 2nd chance, and born again when accepting Jesus explain to them what it means for your and how God saved you, this will help you be more confident to preach the gospel and influence in others!
